Organized a year - end show, 'Post-Ulu', at the Substation. A multi-media happening. A 12-hour event 'Post-Ulu Gig' was organized from the 31st 1999 to 1st Jan 2000 to commemorate the new millennium.

9 Jan Participated in the Art Societies' Weekend Series Art Program for Nokia Singapore Art 1999, Singapore Art Museum.

Jul to Aug Organized the AIM (Artists Investigating Monuments) show at various sites in Singapore, Raffles Landing Site, Merlion Park and Hong Lim Park, during the period July to August.

Oct Organised Mental Sculpture, a solo exhibition by young member, Dennis Tan, at the Substation.

23 Mar Organised a group show, Bye Bye Albert (The Coffee Shop Event) at Hock Hiap Leong, a coffee shop along Armenian Street.

Oct Organised Blink of An Eye: Austrian Experimental Film and Video Art at The Substation.

Oct Began The Bali Project, a project that revisits Singapore art history. Supported by National Arts Council and Lee Foundation.
27-31 Dec Organised Pulau Ubin Art Project, a 5-day residency on Pulau Ubin. Supported by National Arts Council and Lee Foundation.

20 Apr Participated in Pulau Ubin Day, an event organised by Singapore Environment Council.
May- Jun Presented video collection SEE SINGAPORE!, in Copenhagen, Denmark and Kassel, Germany.

11-28 Jul Co-organised S.O.S., a two-man show by members, Jeremy Hiah and Kai, at Utterly Art.

9 Aug Organised A Moving Experience, an event to celebrate Singapore's National Day, on bus number 65.
Sep-Oct Participated in soft: Danger Museum, an event held in the Institute of International Visual Arts (inIVA) in London, England.
11-23 Sep Organised Singapore Contemporary Artists Show, a group exhibition in Hanoi, Vietnam. Supported by National Arts Council, Lee Foundation and Lasalle-SIA College of the Arts Alumni.
18-27 Nov Participated in the Asiatopia 4, an international performance art festival, held in Bangkok, Thailand. Supported by Lee Foundation.
19-31 Dec Organised B.E.A.U.T.Y., a group art exhibition of BadEvilAwfulUglyTerribleYucky artworks in Utterly Art. Supported by National Arts Council.
25 Dec Organised The Gig, a year-end gig. Supported by Lee Foundation.

Jan-Feb Organised Fusion Strength in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Supported by Singapore International Foundation, Benda Art Space and LIP.
